UNDER THE HOOD / MADE HUMAN

Good systems should
make themselves small.

The personal prototype connects familiar Apple tools to a structured briefing workflow. It is not magic; it's a series of deliberate steps that can be inspected, adjusted, and tested.

01 / COLLECT

Bring context together.

Apple Shortcuts retrieves selected calendar events, incomplete reminders, and optional personal context from permitted sources.

APPLE SHORTCUTS
02 / INTERPRET

Find the useful signal.

An AI model receives prepared context and instructions to emphasize actionable priorities, omit unsupported claims, and keep the result focused.

SUPPORTED AI MODEL
03 / DESIGN

Make it readable.

A reusable HTML renderer wraps the generated briefing in a consistent Signal Deck presentation rather than a plain block of text.

HTML DESIGN
04 / DELIVER

Send it where you read it.

A configured email relay sends the briefing through an email provider. Availability and configuration depend on the installation.

EMAIL DELIVERY
TRANSPARENCY / IMPORTANT DETAILS

Personal doesn't mean
invisible data flows.

Your selected calendar, reminder, and optional context information may be processed by an AI provider and the generated briefing is transmitted through email services. This is not an entirely on-device or end-to-end encrypted system.

Permissions are explicit

Apple Shortcuts requests access to data sources. Automated schedules and permissions must be set up on the device that runs them.

Not every Apple device is identical

Apple Intelligence and the selected AI model require compatible devices and software. A universal customer installer has not been released.

Private context stays optional

People should decide which notes, calendars, or other source files to share with the workflow. The public product demo uses fictional data only.
